At Mulson, we value your trust and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Below you’ll find all the information you need regarding delivery timelines, returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours.
Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once dispatched, we share tracking details via SMS and/or email.

1.2 Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

Delivery may be delayed due to high-volume seasons or courier disruptions.

1.3 Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹4999: Free shipping

  • Orders below ₹4999: ₹150 standard charge

  • COD orders: Additional ₹300 handling fee


2. Return and Exchange Policy

We offer easy returns and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.

2.1 Return Eligibility

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • Item is unused, unwashed, with original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • Once the exchange is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 days.
  • Exchange delivery time is within 7 days.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or wash

  • Items missing original tags or packaging

  • Final sale or non-returnable items (as marked on site)

  • Custom-stitched products

  • Innerwear and select accessories due to hygiene

2.3 Return Pickup Status Checker

Return pickup availability depends on your delivery pincode.
If reverse pickup is available, our logistics partner will collect the item from your address.
If not, we’ll share self-shipping instructions and return address. Self-shipping courier charges up to ₹100 may be reimbursed upon valid proof.

2.4 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to ‘My Orders’

  2. Select the item and click ‘Request Return’

  3. Provide a valid reason. Upload images if item is damaged or incorrect

  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you


3. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for:

  • Size or color issues

  • Defective or incorrect products

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused with the original tags and invoice.

3.1 Product Availability

If the requested size or color is available, we’ll ship it after receiving and verifying the original product.
If unavailable, a full refund will be processed.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 When Will You Get Your Refund?

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

4.2 Refund Notification Template

Once your refund is initiated, you’ll receive an SMS/email confirmation with the refund reference number and the expected credit timeline.


5. Additional Important Terms

5.1 Partial Returns

We do not accept partial returns on bundled products or sets.
For example, if your product includes a kurta + dupatta set, both items must be returned together in unused condition.

5.2 Return Quality Check Failure Clause

If the returned item fails our quality check (e.g., it shows signs of wear, is damaged, or is missing tags), the return will be rejected.
The product will be shipped back to the customer at the original address.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still return the item as per our return policy.
